Il bisglicinato di zinco è una forma in cui lo zinco è legato all’amminoacido glicina. Il tuo corpo assorbe più facilmente questo tipo di legame attraverso un canale specifico nell’intestino. Così lo zinco arriva più velocemente ed efficacemente dove serve. Inoltre è delicato per lo stomaco e può essere assunto senza problemi insieme ai pasti.

VNR significa Valore Nutrizionale di Riferimento ed è la quantità necessaria per evitare carenze. Per lo zinco sono 9 mg al giorno per gli uomini e 7 mg per le donne. Il limite massimo sicuro in Europa è fissato a 25 mg al giorno.
