Puoi preparare la matcha in vari modi:

🍵 Matcha Cerimoniale
1. Riscalda il tuo frustino di bambù (chasen) in una ciotola con acqua calda
2. Setaccia 2 g di matcha (1 stick) in una ciotola asciutta (chawan)
3. Aggiungi 60 ml di acqua a circa 80-90°C (non bollente)
4. Frusta con il chasen in un movimento a M o Z fino a formare una schiuma

⚡ Rapida e facile
1. Aggiungi 2 g di matcha (1 stick) in uno shaker o bicchiere
2. Aggiungi 60 ml (o più, a piacere) di acqua calda (80-90°C)
3. Agita o mescola bene fino a completa dissoluzione

1. Segui uno dei passaggi sopra per preparare la matcha
2. Versa latte caldo o latte vegetale (come latte d’avena) in un bicchiere
3. Aggiungi la matcha preparata
